The full internal wet area: floor, shower, hob, bath surround, vanity splash zone and every penetration. We apply liquid-applied membrane systems selected for your substrate — fibre cement sheet, compressed sheet, screed or concrete slab — and detail the junctions with reinforcing fabric before the second coat goes on.

• Angle fillets or bond breaker tape to all wall/floor junctions
• Sealing to 150mm minimum outside the shower area, higher where designed
• Puddle flange, waste and tap penetration detailing

Showers cause the majority of wet area failures we are called to. Whether it is a hobless walk-in, a step-down base, a niche-heavy design or a curved screen, we build the membrane around how water actually behaves in that shower — not a generic two-coat roll-out.

Laundries are the quiet failure point. A washing machine hose weep or an overflowing tub can run under sheet flooring for months before anyone notices the swollen skirting. We seal the full floor, the perimeter upturn and the splash zones behind tubs and machines.
